NJEDPA - New Jersey Equine Dental Providers Association - 2026
IAED - International Association of Equine Dentistry
The NJEDPA and the IAED are delighted to offer an educational opportunity for its memberships in the North East of the United States. On Saturday October 17th 2026 the Associations will be cooperating to offer an Equine Dental workshop with an IAED Certification Examiner in New Jersey. If there is sufficient enrollment for an IAED Certification, there will be an IAED Certification Exam conducted the next day on Sunday, October 18th, 2026 at the same location. The Workshop is approved as a Continuing Education event which counts as approved Continuing Education hours toward the necessary requirements to maintain IAED Certification. IAED Certification is accepted in many States as qualification for licensure as an Equine Dental Practitioner. Auditors will be welcome to attend the event and learn about the standard for certification and from others. The event will be held in Southampton, New Jersey. In addition to the workshop and Certification, the NJEDPA will hold its annual AGM. One hotel will be recommended for the attendees to stay at in order to make transport and social interaction easier.
Deadlines will apply for enrollment for the workshop and for the Certification to allow organizers to make the necessary preparations. A reasonable fee for participation at the workshop and attendance as an auditor will apply. Separate IAED Certification fees will apply. Both equine dental organizations try to keep fees to a minimum but costs are incurred in running such events. Those deadlines and fee details appear on the NJEDPA and IAED
website.
