NJEDPA MembershipEDP Membership is open to professional Equine Dental Providers. Non-EDPs can join as a Sponsor Member. We encourage all EDPs from the USA but especially New Jersey and surrounding States to join. Veterinarians who want to support, and be part of, an Association for Equine Dental Providers are also very welcome.
The NJEDPA encourages all horse owners to take a few minutes and join the Association. The minimum "Sponsor Member" fee for EDP supporters to join the NJEDPA is just $10. Please consider some of the higher levels of one-time contributions or better yet become a Sponsor Member at a higher annual contribution. While we appreciate all contributions, we would prefer non-EDP supporters become a Sponsor Member. All fees go directly to the NJEDPA. That fee will directly help support and preserve the traditional trade of all Equine Dental Providers. We very much need your help and support. You can best support the trade, and the horses which need the services, by being a Sponsor Member. |
Three types of NJEDPA Membership
Professional EDP MembersEDPs from all aspects of the trade are welcome. The trade has existed for hundreds of years and in the same way the horse industry is divided along sport and breed lines, the trade is somewhat fragmented. EDPs from all parts of the equine industry who are providing dental maintenance services are welcome to become members.

Sponsor MembersEveryone is welcome and encouraged to join as a "Sponsor Member". Horse owners can help support the Association and the EDP members by joining at the very reasonable minimum rate of $10.

Accredited EDP MemberThose EDP members certified by the International Association of Equine Dentistry or the Equine Dental Providers of America can become an "Accredited Member" of the NJEDPA.

The act of Floating horses' teeth has helped many horses through history be more comfortable while working and while simply eating.
Horse's teeth being "floated" in the field during WW1. As can be seen, this horse is not sedated or physically restrained.

NJEDPA members are from New Jersey and others States in the USA. Most of the Members of the NJEDPA have over 20 years experience (with several with over 30 years experience) working in New Jersey and surrounding States.
